I get that you need to either select mobile phone or Paypal. That’s simple enough. Through searching I’ve found that if you select mobile phone, you get sent a text message. But how does the Paypal option work? Do you need to have one to sign up, or do your parents need one? Also, are they able to access any information about your Paypal account? I’m thinking no, but then I don’t know how this helps verify your age.
